While modern obstetric care protects physical safety, many women enter labor without consistent emotional steadiness or nervous system guidance.

This is where doula support becomes essential.

As your birth doula, I provide:

  • Continuous emotional presence during labor

  • Physical comfort support

  • A steady, regulated anchor in high-intensity moments

  • Immediate postpartum grounding

My role is to work alongside you and your chosen care team to ensure you feel supported, consensual, and emotionally steady. Never will I take the place of your medical provider.

Whether you plan an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, or cesarean — my role is to support your clarity and steadiness. Birth is not about perfection or control. It’s about your ability to remain present with your body and baby in an environment that feels safe.

    Stress and fear can interrupt that rhythm.

  • Your Birth Doula Package includes:

    • Two prenatal preparation meetings

    • Birth preference and boundary review

    • On-call availability beginning at 38 weeks

    • Continuous support throughout labor and delivery

    • Immediate postpartum support (1–2 hours after birth)

    • One postpartum integration visit

    • Optional add-on:
      Prenatal Sound Therapy sessions for deeper regulation preparation.

My Birth Doula support is for locals in Naples, FL. There is limited space each season to ensure availability and presence.

Because of the depth and on-call commitment required, all doula support begins with an application.
