What to Expect:

Sound Bath Led by Morgan Maher, a certified prenatal sound practitioner and birth doula from Doula for the Soul (www.doulaforthesoul.net | @doulaforthesoul), this immersive crystal singing bowl experience uses therapeutic sound frequencies to calm the nervous system, support maternal regulation, and guide the body into deep rest. Designed to be safe and supportive for expecting mothers, this session is grounding and restorative for every woman in attendance. Your internal state shapes the world around you — this is your invitation to tend to it.

Mindset Shifts Through Aroma Guided by Kari Davis of The Well Team (@KariDavis_WellTeam | www.thewellteam.com), a dōTERRA Diamond leader and holistic life coach, guests will be introduced to therapeutic essential oil blends curated to support emotional wellness, hormonal balance, and present-moment connection. Kari brings over a decade of expertise in the science and application of plant-based tools for whole-body wellbeing.

Herbal Tea Ritual with Abbie Norman, founder of Rowan Wellness (@RowanWellnessBonitaSprings | www.bonitaspringsmassage.com) and licensed massage therapist since 2009, will guide guests through a grounding herbal tea experience using thoughtfully sourced botanicals. Abbie’s practice is rooted in the understanding that the body holds emotion — and that healing begins when we create intentional space for rest, nourishment, and care.

Take-Home Goodie Bag: Every guest leaves with a curated goodie bag to carry the experience home — including a custom essential oil roller blend and an herbal tea, so the ritual doesn’t have to end when the evening does.

What to Bring:

A yoga mat or beach blanket, a pillow if desired, a water bottle, and an open heart. The first 6 people to register will be provided a yoga mat and blanket.
